Complete the two page application available for download here: Print Application or Fillable Form Application. Make sure to note that there are five required essay questions which should be answered and attached to your two page form. 

Include your school transcript as part of your application package. 

Request two letters of recommendation from individuals who will highlight your great qualities and achievements. Think about teachers, coaches, leaders of groups with which you are involved, supervisors, and more as people that could write a letter on your behalf. 

Once you have double checked that everything is done, compile the application package and either give it to your school guidance counselor if you are still a student or in person or by mail to the following address:
